ALL Hands on Deck, WE, Not Me Initiative Calls for DEMOCRACY with a heavy dosage of Social Justice in the City of Milwaukee, Wisconsin - An Urban City with a majority of People of Color.

1. a state of society characterized by formal equality of rights and privileges.
2. the distribution of advantages and disadvantages within a society.
===========================
In order for students with certificates and degrees to see the "benefit of cost", they must become proactive in the creation of DEMOCRACY. It is not profitable to think you are "privileged" because you have invested borrowed funds (for the most part) to obtain a certificate and/or a degree.

In fact, it is almost the opposite. You have a responsibility to know the facts and promote goodwill in the public square that help ensure that ALL Americans are rightfully treated. That you have an obligation to the public domain to make it a better place - the beginning of that is knowing the facts and being a part of the Leadership, Citizenship and Problem Solving.

It is a great thing.

UNACCEPTABLE Behavior over the Holiday Weekend in the Public Malls

CLICK for video
This past weekend before Xmas
All Across the Country - Malls were the scene of misbehavior on the part of some customers in the area out to purchase the latest edition of "RETRO Air Jordan" tennis shoes - shoes named after veteran Baseball great, Michael Jordan.

Take the leadClearly an ongoing EDUCATION campaign is needed to help prevent behavior of this type.

We ask that the creators of Air Jordan and the Malls work together and create an ongoing campaign of safety and best practices for upcoming sells/sales.

Milwaukee Professionals Association is asking that the Malls that carry the brand & the producer of the brand step forward and take the lead - it's good business sense.

Customer accountability
As for the customer, reaction that is hazardous in the public domain is "out-of-order". It is not in the best interest of anyone to act like a mob - for sure, some one (s) will be hurt and/or killed.

Additionally, it is important to think of how we drain our resources when misbehavior of "a rush", "pushing", "grabbing", trappling others in pursuit of objects like Air Jordan shoes.
=====================

MALL OF AMERICA, Minnesota - Then, there was an equal display of "unacceptable" behavior in the public square at the Mall of America in Minnesota.

The UNCLEAR reports speak to a rumor of the appearance of Lil Wayne and Drake, rap artists. This behavior does nothing but support a thought of "not having" these artists to perform for fear of such behavior.

Again, unacceptable.

Trashing the food court is not the way to voice a concern you want to be taken seriously. And, it certainly will not ensure a performance from an artist that will be blamed for such riotous behavior.

An education campaign should be part of the Malls channel development for ongoing and constantly updated public safety. They should call upon Lil Wayne and Drake to help promote "best behavior" - It is in their interest for more than one reason.

Think about it. Pass it on. We MUST do better already.

URBAN HEALTH CARE IN MILWAUKEE – ALL HANDS on DECK

CLICK photo to Enlarge

MILWAUKEE - Safety Matters Response Network has been selected to spearhead the ACTION of outreach-education-networking of the focus of the ALL Hands on Deck, WE, Not Me Urban Health Initiative.

There is a “health crisis” in urban Milwaukee that has “health-wellness” on its ear.

Twenty-first century “In-the-neighborhood access” to primary and specialty care for Milwaukeeans is equal to a third world country - even though we have many 2-year and 4-year sites receiving resources for health wellness.

Assessment
Our observations over the last five years have revealed a disturbing pattern of:
  • duplication of service, and
  • NO comprehensive approach to reach Milwaukeeans for real change.

African American, other People of Color and the Work Challenged (un-, under-employed; un-, under-degreed and certificated; un-, under-financed neighborhood-level business; disabled; and re-entry - especially those returning from WAR, INCARCERATION, BOOMERANG EMPLOYMENT, BOOMERANG RETIREMENT and DEGREED students without employment) for the most part have been exploited for acquiring mega fundings that include real estate, education of others, journal reports, conferences, partnerships and research from afar.

Discrimination through arbitrary and capricious behavior by well-connected Caucasian-only boards and advisory groups have literally sabotaged hands-on strategic planning by neighborhood stakeholders and in-the-neighborhood care.

Mega funded hospitals and satellites lack the familiarity of the neighborhood. They have clinics and satellites outside of the area of need, therefore, it poses an accessibility problem. The rules and regulations increased EREmergency care instead of in-the-neighborhood health care designed for health wellness (prevention and intervention).

The epidemic illness in our city prevents the population from maximizing its land use, Smart Growth benefits, resources and human resource potentials. It compounds the Enduring Concentrated Poverty status that is at the root of lagging quality of life and economic development for sustainability.

Urban Initiative Chicago
We have selected the model in Chicago that chose to empower the South Side of Chicago.

Take a listen to Sheila Aguilera's Story and Urban Health Initiative (a Medical Home).

Outreach and Pipeline
Regular activity for promoting awareness and engagement will be shared with the FACEBOOK of the Safety Matters Response Network (www.facebook.com/safetymattersresponsenetwork) - an online think tank of selective individuals to share information such as related meetings, caucas groups, petitions, new legislation, pending legislation and public square notifications.

Safety Matters Exploratory Team and POSSE will be the second level of ACTION/Engagement. This is utilizing the support of college-based students (2-year, 4-year and graduate levels) and juniors/seniors at the high school level. It is the POSSE component (14 public high schools - more to come from all schools).

The academic sites are to ensure that "hidden talent" and neighborhood business/entrepreneurs are at the forefront of the planning Mission to put the professionals and specialist needed from the neighborhood-level.

In the Global Round w/Mary Glass - NEW blog talk radio

Tuesday, November 29, 2011

MILWAUKEE, WI - Milwaukee Professionals Association is opening another PLATFORM window for COMMUNICATION. It is through BLOG TALK RADIO - another social network for sharing, this time through a LIVE talk show.

BlogTalkRadio is the largest and fastest growing online talk radio network. A truly democratized medium, BlogTalkRadio has tens of thousands of hosts and millions of listeners tuning in and joining the conversation each month. Many businesses also utilize the platform as a tool to extend their brands and better communicate with the people that are most important to their business.

"We are constantly looking at how we can approach a larger audience with "common cause", this is one of two we have reached out to in the last two weeks, said Mary Glass, Chair/CEO, Milwaukee Professionals Association.

In the Global Round w/Mary Glass is the name of the show.
We will air our first "live" show in the next 7 days.

Travels of La Frisko Lewis - Toronto, CANADA

La Frisko Lewis is an adventurer during the off seasons of academic study. A regular traveler - as often as allowable-affordable. He is a sophomore at University Wisconsin -Milwaukee, majoring in Business.

He just returned from 3 days (Thursday-Sunday) in Toronto, Canada.
We will share his travel and share information about the largest city in Canada.
====================

The trip started off with a border check on the USA side/Michigan (went by quickly), followed by a lengthy and strict Canadian Border Patrol check (30-40 minutes). The lengthy, strict and seemingly biased check appeared to be racially and age-motivated since he was the only African American. There was an African female but she was not delayed - others seem to go right through.

La Frisko felt that he was singled out due to his race, dreadlock/hair style, color of skin and age.

His advice to others is to be sure you come with identification with your present address, proof of where you stay/live in the USA(i.e., utility bill, pay stub), address on ID must match supporting documentation, if you have parking tickets or any other violation in the system, be sure to have with you proof of compliance, have a roundtrip ticket to show planned departure; and, justify cash availability with time of stay. In other words, you will need to have funds to show that you can sustain your basic needs while visiting.

He was considered suspect by stereotypes, therefore he encountered an unnecessary delay which spoiled his trip.

"You will always have people who will profile you", said La Frisko.
"It happens all the time - not just there."
"I will be better prepared the next time and I will tell others so they will know before traveling."

The plan was to do a lot of foot travel during the day - sightseeing, and studying at night. Even though La Frisko did some sightseeing, it was much less than he had planned. Unfortunately, many of the online Google searches for places to see and go went un-obtained this time. However, he had an adventure, made the most of his visit, fulfilled some pre-thoughts, enjoyed seeing the various cultures and hearing the constant speaking of the French language. He did not sample the French cuisine - McDonald's took the break each day.
====================

Toronto is located on Lake Ontario, one of the Great Lakes. Its population is over 2.5 million - the 5th largest city in North America. Toronto is one of the top financial centers of the world. It is Canada's economic center - Toronto Stock Exchange and home of 5 of the largest Canadian banks. Canada is a member of the G-7 (United Kingdom, United States, Germany, France, Italy, Canada and Japan) - meeting of finance ministers from industrilized nations.

Toronto's leading economic sectors include finance, business services, telecommunications, aerospace, transportation, media, arts, film, music, television production, publishing, software production, medical research, education, tourism, engineering, and sports industries.

We look forward to La Frisko's next trip.

What's New in Hip Hop - Alvin Ailey

The bold hip-hop choreographer returns to the Ailey company to create a new work set to a soul-lifting score of gospel house music and inspired by the stories of people living with or affected by HIV.

Scholarship Fund

More than 300 scholarships are awarded each year to students ages 15 to 21, in order to ensure that the most talented students can attend The Ailey School regardless of economic ability. More than 70% of the scholarship recipients are from minority groups. Students enrolled in The Ailey School’s Scholarship Program receive comprehensive technique classes, performance opportunities and support services that enable them to develop into versatile and expressive dancers, well prepared for the rigors of a professional career.

Perhaps the greatest testament to the success of The Ailey School’s training is that 86% of the current members of the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater are former students. Graduates have also joined other renowned dance companies around the world and have appeared on Broadway, television and in film.

Drake Decoded: How the International Star ‘Takes Care’ of Business

Since bursting on the scene with his commercially successful So Far Gone mixtape in 2009, hip-hop artist Drake (born Aubrey Graham) has proven that he has what it takes to be a superstar in the music industry and beyond.

More importantly, the Canadian-born entertainer has made a significant impact economically with sold out shows, album sales, television appearances and numerous guest spots. With today marking the release of his sophomore effort, Take Care, the 25-year-old’s earning power will only grow in stature just like his celebrity. BACK STORY - What is Occupy the Hood Boston/OTHB

Occupy the Hood Boston w/Max Chalkin and Tabias Wilson
Max Chalkin is spending time "in the trenches" at Occupy Boston, speaking with occupiers, attending general assemblies and marches, and learning what camp life is like. His thoughts and observations will be published twice each week as TNGG Boston's “Dispatches from Dewey Square” series.

Tabias Wilson is a Tufts University sociology major with a focus in critical race theory. He is president of the Tufts Pan-African Alliance and a member of the People of Color Working Group, an informal Occupy Boston Working Group, and the Tufts Occupiers. On Oct. 21, Wilson went to Dudley Square for that evening’s Occupy the Hood Boston event.

In his article, Max highlights the account of Tabias Wilson, a Tufts University student. CLICK

Occupy the Hood - Public Hearing, October 31, 2011

CLICK video
Speakers: Chance Zombor, Khalil Coleman and Supervisor Eyon Biddle, District 10 - Milwaukee County

OCCUPY the Hood is one of the many spin-offs of Occupy Wall Street Movement. Occupy the Hood in Milwaukee speaks to the disparities and discriminations of Milwaukeeans; especially those impacted by SB 207.

SBill 207 is where the law would disproportionately harm families in critical mass. It is a racists and inhuman way of dealing with an already exacerbating unemployment problem.
SB 207 gives employers the right to legally further disenfranchise thousands in our state, disproportionately blacks and Latinos. SB 207 allows employers to fire employees and refuse to hire those who have committed felonies regardless of if the felony is related to the job or not! In fact, SB 207:

-Limits rehabilitation
-Increase poverty
-Attacks families and children
-Incarcerates Communities
-Induces crime
-Abolishes human/civil rights
-REESTABLISHES SLAVERY!!
=======================

The bill was spearheaded by Senator Roberta Darling and Representative Joel Kleefisch - both Republicans. Senator Darling just survived a "recall" and Rep. Kleefisch is married to the Lt. Governor Rebecca Kleefisch.

LARSON REPORT - November 3, 2011

Senator Chris Larson - 7th District

Divisive Youth Disinformation Bill Passes the Senate
For the last two weeks, Senate Republicans have pushed legislation that seeks to deny Wisconsin’s youth vital education and health information regarding contraceptives and sexually transmitted disease (STD) prevention. Yesterday they succeeded in passing it through the Senate. Senate Bill 237 overturns the Healthy Youth Act, which ensures that all young adults in Wisconsin have access to comprehensive, age appropriate, and medically accurate human growth and development classes.

I have strongly advocated for the continuation of comprehensive sex education in neighborhood schools and also introduced common sense amendments to try and improve this divisive legislation. Thus far it has been nearly impossible to get any Democratic amendment passed in this extreme Legislature as they tend to fall on deaf ears.

Fortunately, this time around Republicans headed some of our concerns and accepted an amendment I authored. This amendment will ensure that all of Wisconsin’s youth, even those in school districts that adopt an abstinence-only curriculum, are provided information about the Human papillomavirus (HPV) and the Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). With the passage of this amendment, our youth will have access to adequate information about these preventable and deadly diseases and will not be forced to rely on the information provided to them by a Google search.

According to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, HPV is the most common sexually transmitted virus in the United States. Currently, 20 million Americans are infected with HPV and this virus affects at least 50% of sexually active people, both men and women, at some time in their life. HPV is also the leading cause of cervical cancer among women. The American Cancer Society estimates that approximately 12,200 women in the United States are diagnosed with cervical cancer annually, almost all of which are HPV-related.

Our children do not live in a Peter Pan Neverland. They live in the real world where they do eventually grow up. We should want these future adults to be as informed as possible about how to prevent life-threatening health problems.

Supervisors Biddle & Lipscomb Announcement for Work Initiative - October 13, 2011

MILWAUKEE COUNTY - Supervisors Eyon Biddle (10th District) and Supervisor Theodore Lipscomb (1st District) have partnered the last 6 months and on October 13, 2011, LAUNCHED the "Ready-to-Work" Initiative.

The initiative aims to create job access for Milwaukee County residents who have demonstrated prior success, such as attaining a high school diploma (or GED) and maintaining a valid Driver’s License, yet cannot seem to reach the high-wage, family-supporting jobs that are currently available.

Training for the initiative will be provided by the Wisconsin Regional Training Partnership & BIG STEP in collaboration with Milwaukee Area Technical College, Milwaukee Public Schools, and Milwaukee Area Building and Construction Trades.

"We applaud Supervisors Biddle and Lipscomb and look forward to ensuring that each of the partners do not duplicate "past transgressions" of transparency and accountability," said Mary Glass, Chair/CEO. "Further, Milwaukee Professionals Association will recommend that our third state-statute/state-supported public school, UW-Milwaukee, weigh in NOW for undergraduate, graduate degrees - certificates and "building projects" of apprenticeship and procurement. UW-Milwaukee has/is receiving mega funding for:
  • "new" Freshwater school
  • "new" public health school - downtown
  • "new" Northquadrant - St. Mary's Hospital
  • "new" Digital Future Project
  • "new" Kenwood
  • "new" Neeskay Project
  • "new" Innovation Project
  • "new" Regeneration Union Project
  • "new" UW-Milwaukee Master Plan.
"Additionally, Wisconsin Medical College-MSOE-Marquette-Cardinal Stritch-Alverno-Concordia should be invited to the table to "leverage" mega partnership fundings they have/are receiving as a result of population of the City of Milwaukee and Milwaukee County." Lastly, there should be a "community oversight" group, from the City of Milwaukee and county neighborhoods to help provide oversight." We have got to Occupy Milwaukee with transparency, customer care, principle-centered leadership, updated standards and infrastructural-institutional accountability - Otherwise, it will be business as usual scam," said Glass.

Wisconsin Senator Larson's Page - October 14, 2011

Wisconsin Senator Chris Larson - 7th District
Keeping Wisconsin's Young Adults Informed Senate Republicans have been circulating legislation to overturn Wisconsin's Healthy Youth Act. This new legislative proposal seeks to deny Wisconsin's youth vital education information regarding contraceptives and sexually transmitted disease prevention.

Wisconsinites Support Comprehensive Sex Education
Statistics show that comprehensive sex education is valued by a vast majority of Wisconsinites. According to the Wisconsin Alliance for Women's Health, approximately 87% of Wisconsin voters support requiring comprehensive sex education instruction that includes information about both abstinence and contraception.

The medical community is also strongly supportive of human growth and development classes, such as the Healthy Youth Act. This includes well-respected, nonpartisan organizations like the American Medical Association, the American School Health Association and the Institute of Medicine.

What Makes Sex Education Classes Effective?Effective, medically-accurate, and age-appropriate human growth and development courses should discuss and provide information on the following items:
Recognizing and preventing sexual abuse and dating violence
Understanding the physical and emotional changes of puberty and adolescence
Healthy relationships including family, friends and dating
Healthy life skills such as goal-setting, decision-making and stress management
How drugs and alcohol impair judgment
The importance of abstinence as the only certain way to prevent unintended pregnancy and STDs
How to prevent pregnancy and STDs through correct use of birth control methods
Healthy Youth Act Helps Our Community

The positive impact of the Healthy Youth Act on Wisconsin's young adults can be seen right here in our community. According to the Milwaukee Health Department, Milwaukee's teen birthrate has dropped dramatically for the second year in a row. From 2008 to 2009, the rate fell from 46.73 births per 1,000 teens to 41.30 births per 1,000 teens. Preliminary data released this past Tuesday show a drop to 35.68 births per 1,000 teens in 2010.

Information is Key to Success of Our Young AdultsThe legislative proposal recently introduced by Governor Walker and Senate Republicans is yet another example of their attempts to keep Wisconsinites in the dark by suppressing vital information from the public. The Legislature should be focusing on ensuring that all Wisconsinites, including our young adults, have equal and adequate access to vital information on health care issues, including sexual health. I will continue doing what I can to ensure that we are providing such information to protect our citizens from preventable health issues, including sexually transmitted diseases and unintended pregnancy.

Milwaukee Professionals Association adds student "POSSE" group

October 11, 2011

MILWAUKEE
- ALL Hands on Deck, WE, Not Me Initiative continues to expand the possibilities and bolster opportunities for UNCOVERING “hidden talent” (students all ages), “emerging” and “submerging” businesses to promote development, wealth-building and sustainability in the City of Milwaukee.

The latest explansion is connected to Safety Matters Response Network/SMRN. SMRN was created to address the outbreaks of revolts/protests of youth-teens-young adults in the Milwaukee area in a proactive way that called for "involvement" and "leadership-citizenship-problem solving" by youth-teens-young adults.

The first outgrowth of SMRN is the Safety Matters Exploratory Team lead by college level students.

"To connect the youth-teen commitment, we are today adding: POSSE", said Mary Glass, Chair/CEO, Milwaukee Professionals Association.

SMRN POSSE is an incubator approach. It is modelled after other Posse programs; i.e., The POSSE Foundation Inc. and UW-Madison Posse program. Our approach is to recognize potential and add value that includes mentoring that will help the student to gain a diploma, certificate, internship, fellowship, honor roll, apprenticeship and any other stepping stone to success. We seek students with proven potential as well as students with potential but lacking in communication skills. The benefit is for those mentoring (college-level) and youth-teen students.

For the next 12 months, October 10, 2011 – October 9, 2012, we will provide the framework while initiating the “incubator” track.

Our primary target students are from the public schools in the City of Milwaukee. We seek to “impact behavior" through linked-connected-committed public education provided by Wisconsin law - Milwaukee Public Schools, Milwaukee Area Technical College and University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee.

We will use "CASE LEARNING”, and neighborhood-level volunteerism. FOR updates.

Diversity Conference focus on "COMMUNITY" - African American and Latino Males

"The forum is a great chance for us to not only give an update on diversity issues at the University, but to focus into diversity topics and initiatives of critical importance," says Dr. Damon A. Williams, UW–Madison Vice Provost for Diversity and Climate. "This year's forum and the focus on the educational crisis facing male youth of color, the barriers to opportunity for undocumented students and issues involving LGBTQ community and campus climate are of critical importance.",

MADISON, WI - The 2011 UW-Madison Diversity Forum was held Thursday, October 6, 2011, 8:30am - 4:30pm at Union South in Varsity Hall on the 2nd Floor.

The Diversity Department has a NEW focus of CREATING COMMUNITY - Promoting Equity, Diversity and Inclusion at UW–Madison.

The efforts of the Diversity Department focuses on all areas of diversity, it includes:
- Continued learners
- Disabled learners
- Gender
- Nationality
- Race/Ethnicity
- Religion
- Veterans
- others

This year's highlight was on the urgency of providing Educational opportunities for African American and Latino males who have data supporting an enduring and concentrated level of poverty - a huge gap of access-literacy-fluency.

Kenote Speaker - Dr. Pedro Noguera, Sociologist Professor from New York University. His scholarship and research focuses on th ways in which schools are influenced by social and economic conditions in the urban environment. He has published over 150 research articles, monographs and research reports on topics. He is the author of 5 books. He has taught in the public schools in Rhode Island and California; as well as held tenured faculty appoints at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Dr. Noguera appears as a regular commentator on educational issues on CNN, National Public Radio and other national news outlets.

The presentation given by Dr. Noguera present hands-on points for awareness and actions for reform. He received a standing ovation.

One of his first points was that the "Crisis" in males of African American and Latino heritage is an "American Problem". However, it is presented as an African American or Latino problem with blaming the victim of things beyond his control.

Secondly, that the problems of African American and Latino males have been misdiagnosed, therefore it has grown and is more debilating.

There is need for a counter-narrative to break the cycle of failure.

Thirdly, that there is "so little outrage" - That the discourse is either driven by phobia and/or fettish - extreme thinking. On the one hand, African American men are portrayed as a danger. However, when it comes to Sports (because of the awe - success), African American males are respected with devotion. For the Latino male, he is seen as "invisible".

Dr. Noguera spoke of the crisis conditions that have engulfed the African American and Latino male as a "syndrome" likened to the AIDS (Acquired-Immune-Deficiency-Syndrome) virus. The immune system has been attacked and there are no buffers - no antidote.

That the needs must be met - child developmental needs put in place - Maslow law of hierarchy of needs are needed for preparing for life.

He gave the names of schools that have shown exemplary progress with African American males, such as Urban Prep and Thurgood Marshall in Harlem.

He also spoke of how we, the educators are complicit in the problem of driving up the negatives for non-empowerment. He gave a story about an assistant principal prejudging an African American student with "adjustment" issues. The assistant principal said, " the little boy would wound up in prison like his father and his brother because he was a behavior problem." However, when he was asked what he was doing to prevent or offer intervention to his prediction, he was surprised. For he felt the child was not his problem. In other words, he was a casuality - doomed. The assistant principal was African American.

We must make choices that influence a more positive outcome and not be menacing.

"I found him fantastic,right-on target, said Mary Glass, Chair/CEO, Milwaukee Professionals Association. "We look forward to him being our 2012 Keynote speaker for Safety Matters 2012 Diversity Conference in Milwaukee."
====================

Kaleem Caire, CEO, Urban League of Greater Madison, provided an interesting and data-driven powerpoint presentation about the specifics of the crisis in Madison - Dane County.

Mr. Caire is known for his work with youth. As part of the solution, he is in the process of building a single-sex (male) charter school in Madison - Madison Prep

He received pledged support from the floor to help provide "research" data to support his present efforts with the Madison School Board.

Employment of African American and Latino Males
Employment was one of the strong points of deficits he mentioned that speaks to the "gap" of disparity.
One salient point related to UW-Madison's procurement opportunities that are glaringly missing to African American and Latino males.

He pointed to the fact that the NEWLY built Memorial South building that we were having the Diversity Forum in had a Caucasian-only viewing of workers. In other words, African American and Latinos were not seen during the erecting of Memorial South.
====================

Arturo "Tito" Diaz, UW-Madison Student, was the first half of the luncheon speakers. Arturo is an award winner for his outstanding services and academic achievements.

In addition to being selected to attend the national diversity conference held in California; he is an Academic Advancement Program Scholar and a member of and serves as Vice President of Lamba Theta Phi Latin Fraternity.

He was named Outstanding Freshman of the Year: Class 2014.
Arturo is a graduate of Case High School in Racine, Wisconsin.
He summarized points of how he has navigated the system and his efforts going forward.
=====================

Dr. Damon Williams, Vice Provost & Chief Diversity Officer is driving a NEW agenda to implement an integrated inclusion and diversity program at the University of Wisconsin - Madison. It is apparent one of his dynamics is his inter-culture and cross-culture awareness efforts.

He gave a due diligence powerpoint presentation that shared updates on his campus-wide efforts. It is an integrated approach rather than a centralized or de-centralized approach. His department is looking for ways of, How they can be MORE engaged".

Dr. Williams shared efforts brought about at the University of Michigan that included Supreme Court legal decisions.

To view the 2011 Diversity Forum full powerpoint slide show.

"I see many points to share in both the Diversity and Inclusion of Dr. Williams leadership; and, I look forward to discourse for our upcoming 2012 Diversity Conference in Milwaukee," said Glass.
