MILWAUKEE - Milwaukee Professionals Association announced today that they are adding Josten Yearbook and Membership pin to its Safety Matters Exploratory and POSSE Group. This distinquished group is made up of junior/senior high school, technical, undergraduate, certificated and graduate college students. Josten is the well-known business that works with schools to create memories/stories. It goes back to its creation by Otto Josten in 1897.
The online concept of creation, Yearbook Avenue, is quite appealing.
"Over the next 6 months, we will bring in "Hidden Talent" in Urban Milwaukee and chartr our accomplishments. We are excited about the potential of those we will train and provide volunteer experiences that will help re-define, re-brand and un-trap opportunities tied to the City of Milwaukee neighborhood businesses," said Mary Glass, Chair/CEO.
Our Kick-off event is the Pre-Halloween MEET 'N GREET, Saturday, October 29, 2011, 4pm-6pm, UW-Milwaukee UNION, Rec Center, 2200 E. Kenwood.
